Great location right in the heart of Manhattan. We walked everywhere! Rooms are well maintained, modern and clean. Good staff, they managed to get our booking back after finding out that booking.com somehow deleted or omitted to make our reservation with the hotel. The friendliest security staff at the door, they make your day!

Excellent location on Time Square but high enough to not hear anything on the streets. Amazing views from the room.

I went to NYC for my birthday and was greeted with a bottle of Prosecco in my room and a nice card, and was wished a happy birthday by all the staff when I checked in. I appreciate the extra touch! The hotel's location was perfect for attending a Broadway show and seeing all the sights in and around the city. Everything was clean and housekeeping came in the second day to straighten up. Many hotels don't do that anymore and I'm glad to see you still offer that service. That's the benefit of staying in a hotel.

It was my first time in NY and we stayed for less than a week. The hotel is located in Times Square and was close to public transportation which was perfect to visit the main spots in Manhattan. I was upgraded from my queen room to a suite. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The views spectacular! The staff was friendly and helpful Restaurant, convenient and delicious.

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Top amenities with an outdoor pool, top notch employees, in a great location (mid Manhattan - Times Square) next to stores, restaurants, and the subway (I recommend using the subway during the daytime for travel to lower or upper Manhattan - we used the Citymapper app to find subway lines). They have security at the resort so we always felt safe. They supplied each room with free bottled water and coffee (the coffee was excellent) each day. The vibe here was upbeat and refreshing!
